Reasons why You get Tired Easily

When tight shedules set in and we don't have much time to relax, tiredness could become a frequent occurrence in our life.

1.Diet
Coffee and sugar seems to boost our energy. But their effects are for a short term and
we get tired again. Try vegetables, fruits and lean protein. They lower obesity which cause fatigue.

2. Stress
How do you deal with stress? Try meditation, talking with friends and taking your time away from work. Give yourself a break. Stress comes with fatigue, anger, headach, and inability to focus.

3. Our sleep habit
Try to avoid caffeine, alcohol, and large meals in the hours just before bedtime. Keep away your electronic gadgets. A dark and quiet room can stimulate sleep. And make sure you get up to 8 hours of sleep everyday.

4. Water
The question is, how much glasses of water do we take in a day? Regions in the tropics like Nigeria, the hot weather condition demands that much water is taken. Note that there is no subtitute for water. Lack of water in the system or simply Dehydration affects your mood, and it makes you feel more tired, research shows.
The Institute of Medicine recommends that men get about 15 cups of water a day and women get 11 cups. Those amounts include water from all foods and beverages.

5. Do you Exercise?
Ralston recommends you start with 30 minutes of exercise at least 4 days a week. Be sure to finish at least 3 hours before bedtime, so you have time to wind down. After a month, you should notice improvement in your fatigue. Within 3 to 6 months, you should feel much better.

6.Don't skip breakfast
Breakfast is very necessary and should contains whole grains, lean protein, and healthy fat. It provides body with necessary fuel to start a day

Health Conditions that might be causing your tiredness.
Although our tiredness may be physiological, some health condition may trigger tiredness.
1.Anemia
This condition results from lack of iron in the blood. It is a common problem in women with heavy menstruation.It causes tiredness. Meat, dark leafy green vegetables are rich in iron. Meet your doctor for possible supplement admininstration

2.Thyroid Problems
Our thyroid gland must be active at a normal level, not over- or under active

3.Diabetes
People with chronic diabetes have frequent urination, tiredness

4.Depression.
When we are depressed, we lose appetite and happiness. This could trigger tiredness.

5.Sleep problems.
 Those who snore a lot in sleep may have a condition called obstructive sleep apnea, which briefly stops your breathing several times a night. Like other sleep disorders, it’s treatable.

6.Undiagnosed heart disease. 
Some heart conditions could lower our activity rate and even prevent us from exercising without getting tired.
